Supattra: “I like to keep everything as simple as possible, but use exactly the right combination of fresh ingredients and top quality which I can find from nearby local markets and seaside day by day.
I avoid commercial recipes and go for the kind of dishes that I used to eat as a child, just also adding my own touch.  As a little child, I prepared the ingredients my Daddy used to cook after, me watching him and waiting that it finally gets ready to eat.”

Supattra Thai Dining is Thai Cuisine with a main focus on daily fresh, local wild Fish & Seafood, nothing from any Fish or Shrimps Farm, daily selected and cooked by owner Supattra.

We serve a la carte, but we not even use a printed Menu in our Restaurant, just a Blackboard, which we bring to your table. This way we can stay more flexible, as our Menu can change day by day, depending what we are getting fresh from Seaside.

Beside Fish & Seafood we also offer dishes with meat and we can prepare also vegetarian options.
